Last year, Honda’s Associate Engagement Survey revealed AAP associates were interested in developing their technical skills and capabilities. We are pleased to announce that Honda has partnered with Auburn University - Department of Industrial & Systems Engineering to offer eligible, full-time Honda associates, the opportunity to obtain a Graduate Certificate in one of four programs.
- Occupational Safety and Ergonomics
- Automotive Manufacturing Systems
- Modeling and Data Analytics for Operations
- Manufacturing Systems
These programs are intended to encourage associates who wish to improve current job performance, broaden their potential within Honda, and gain critical technical and manufacturing skills to meet company needs. Associates accepted into the program will be able to use the Tuition Reimbursement Program to pay for nearly all their tuition.
